KRCD participates with agencies from western Fresno and Kings counties to monitor potential projects and studies that can provide further benefits for the valley's water supply. Members include Murphy Slough Association, Crescent Canal Company, Stinson Canal and Irrigation Company, Burrel Ditch Company, Liberty Canal Company, Laguna Irrigation District, and California Department of Water Resources.
