KRCD employs approximately 50 people whose activities are directed by the senior management staff comprised of the general manager, the Deputy General Manager of Water/Environmental Resources & Flood Control, the Deputy General Manager of Power Resources, and the Deputy General Manager of Finance & Administrative Services.

The Annual Report and Annual Budget provide a look at each year’s activities and expenditures. The Strategic Plan identifies on-going activities, near-term goals and long-term goals that will direct the District's activities over the next three to five years.
